Specifically, Erin examined our property with a buyers' eye, offered staging suggestions, and through her research of the neighborhood she helped us price the home very effectively. Our home essentially sold the first weekend. Having a hectic schedule with elder-care issues and helping with grandkids activities and schedules, the minimal time our house being up for sale was a cherry on top for us! Cannot thank her enough for her professionalism, her suggestions for helpers. Be it banking, vendors, staging and eventually moving. Maria far exceeded my expectations of what interacting with a realtor would be like as a first time homebuyer. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and houses in general.
